Stephen Sykes
Solicitor, LL.B, MA Env Law

Stephen Sykes headshot

Stephen is a former Chair, Honory Member + Trustee of the UK Environmental Law Association (2015-2017) and a Visiting Fellow at Birkbeck's School of Management specialising in entrepreneurship and innovation. He has worked on major environmental projects and programmes around the world, including the repurposing of some of the most complex sites in Europe. He uses his practical, multi-disciplinary expertise - law, insurance, data, science - to solve complex challenges and unlock opportunities. He has worked with Peter Sharratt for a number of years.

Paul Tweedale
Procurement, Finance + Structuring.

Paul has extensive international experience in infrastructure finance and development. With a corporate finance back ground with JP Morgan Chase and as former Head of Business, New Product Development + Risk Management in HSBC Rail, Paul has been behind a number of major rolling stock and rail infrastructure investments. He has experienced of complex problem solving across the asset lifecycle from initiation, finance, regulatory and policy compliance, project development, asset management, procurement and supply chain engagement.
Paul has worked with Peter on a number of international and UK economic and social infrastructure initiatives and programmes.
